TechLaunch Program (8 weeks virtual Tech Bootcamp)

The TechLaunch Program is a free bootcamp designed to help BIPOC women break into the tech industry with confidence. Through hands-on training, personalized mentorship, and fully sponsored certification exams, we provide the tools, support, and network you need to build a thriving tech career.

Whether you're transitioning from another field or starting fresh, TechLaunch equips you with the practical skills and guidance to step into in-demand tech roles and secure meaningful employment.

You'll learn how to:

Our programs are designed specifically for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) women across Canada who are looking to advance their careers through digital literacy and tech skills.

Are your programs free?

Yes! All our core programs are offered free of charge to ensure equitable access to career development opportunities for BIPOC women.

Do I need prior tech experience?

Not at all! Our programs are designed for beginners to intermediate learners. We meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

How long do programs typically last?

Program lengths vary. DigitHer Lab runs 8-12 weeks, CareerReady Lab is 6-8 weeks, while CP Collective and Matrimind offer ongoing support and community.

Can I participate remotely?

Yes! Most of our programs are offered virtually to ensure accessibility for women across Canada, regardless of location.
